Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made on the same calendar day of the creation of the reservation applies ALL credit of the reservation to your ONLINE Lafayette Limo account -IF- the travel is for a future date.

  • All cancellations after the calendar day of the creation of the reservation will result in no credit to your ONLINE Lafayette Limo account (NO REFUND).

  • Current-day Reservations (for same-day/current-day travel) that are canceled, are not eligible for any credit to your online Lafayette Limo Account, nor eligible for refund of any kind.

  • All tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE. You may NOT TRANSFER TICKET to a different day of travel NOR TRANSFER RESERVATION to someone other than yourself.
